A 6 week intervention shown to improve mood, positive affect, and reduce the experience of negative emotions, including anger, depression, anxiety. Targeted at people experiencing stress, distress, or recent diagnosis.

Description

A 6 week Program to build skills for adapting to new and stressful situations. 8 Core skills covered including:

  • Noticing positive events
  • Savouring
  • Gratitude
  • Mindfulness
  • Positive reappraisal
  • Self-compassion
  • Personal strengths
  • Attainable goals

The program is psycho-educational, reflective, and activity based.
